The motor drive analyzer is equipped with 8-channel 12 bitHDO8000A oscilloscope platformIt not only includes advanced oscilloscope functions required for debugging embedded systems, but also includes mechanical parameter analysis of three-phase power and motors, with an accuracy of less than 1% compared to power analyzers.
Verification and debugging of all motor drive systems
Traditional four channel oscilloscopes can capture the behavior of higher speed embedded control systems or power transistors. A power analyzer is a single device that only measures the driving power and efficiency of the "black box" input and output, and can only provide limited embedded control or drive system debugging that cannot capture waveforms. The motor drive analyzer has 8 analog input channels (+16 optional digital channels), which can capture waveforms of three-phase power components, individual power transistors, and embedded control systems, and perform corresponding three-phase power analysis on the waveforms of power components in a high-performance instrument, achieving comprehensive debugging and analysis of the entire motor drive.
Digital power meter
The values (active power, apparent power, reactive power, power factor, phase angle, efficiency, as well as various voltage, current, and mechanical parameters) in a three-phase power system are displayed in a user-defined digital power meter. It can display up to 120 parameter values simultaneously.
Dynamic analysis of motor drive
The motor driven analyzer can provide a maximum storage capacity of 250 Mpts/Ch. Especially suitable for dynamic response analysis of motors, motor drives, and three-phase electricity. For example, at a sampling rate of 10 MS/s, a continuous waveform of 25 seconds can be captured Touch a numerical table to create a waveform that synthesizes parameters over time for each cycle. By using Zoom+Gate, it is possible to observe the waveform details at a certain position in all collected periodic waveforms, and the test values are also limited to this range.
